SOUTH AFRICA VISA TRACKING PROCESS
1. Initial Consultation: We begin by scheduling an initial consultation with the client to understand their specific immigration needs and goals. During this consultation, we gather essential information and assess the client's eligibility for a South African visa or permit.
2. Assessment and Planning: Based on the client's information and goals, we conduct a thorough assessment to determine the most suitable immigration category and visa type for their application. We then develop a personalized immigration plan outlining the steps and requirements involved.
3. Payment Processing: We guide the client through the payment process for the required application fees. We ensure that the payment is made correctly and provide proof of payment along with the application.
4. Documentation Gathering: We provide the client with a detailed checklist of the required documents for their South African application. We guide them through the process of gathering all necessary supporting documents, such as passports, birth certificates, marriage certificates, employment contracts, and financial statements.
5. Complete Application Preparation: Our experienced immigration team assists the client in completing the application forms accurately and thoroughly. We ensure that all required information is included, and all documents are properly organized and attached.
6. Application Submission: Once the application forms and supporting documents are complete, we submit the application to the South African Department of Home Affairs on behalf of the client. We ensure that the application is submitted within the designated timelines and through the appropriate channels.
7. Application Tracking and Follow-up: After the application has been submitted, we continuously monitor its progress and provide regular updates to the client. We proactively follow up with the South African authorities to ensure that the application is being processed and that any additional information or documentation is provided promptly.
8. Approval and Collection: Once the application has been approved, the DHA now sends communication to the applicant for collection of their VISA/ Permit from their relevant offices.
